CINESA: The show continues (by Fhios)
The project with Cinesa is a success story which wouldn’t have been possible without a good cooperation between the two teams. Effort, energy and coordination have been three basic points which have improved the relationship between the two companies.
Opening doors to big projects
Our relationship with Cinesa has history: we start to work in the helpdesk service and on-site support in their cinemas. The proper functioning became in a work routine and it opens the doors to a new project: the User Call Center (UCC).
A new stage
Cinesa gave us the opportunity to work in the UCC and we had clear that our bet couln’t fail. We spend a lot of hours and energy to create a project proposal which could give answers to every little detail. The endeavor was successful in March 2016: Fhios enter to the Cinesa UCC service and became in technological partner of the company.
From then on, we were the responsibles of Cinesa’s Service Support Processes, working within the logistic and infraestructure, in the internal and external communication of the systems area and in the definition of the team’s workflow.
The transition was very clear: the project started in weekly phases where every new step was the consolidation of the last one; in two months a follow-up system was developed and stabilized. It ensured a steady improvement.
What unites us
Cinesa makes real our growth in technology and management fields and we commit to don’t stop working and improving the service. Business Manager and service Manager profiles and an efficient UCC team are the pillars of the service that we offer to ensure the quality in every area.
The service is structured in three levels: business, social networks and technical services. The coordination between them is basic to have good results, and the fact that technology and marketing work very close each other is the key to the success in this project.
